The only question I have is: does monkey pox and shingles have the same or similar symptoms? It’s my understanding that monkey pox (as with chicken pox, small pox, etc.) manifest as “pox” or pustules on the skin whereas shingles manifests itself as a painful rash.
Shingles is more than a rash and blisters are associated. I suggest you ignore everything the medical profession and the mainstream media are saying about this monkeypox bullshit.
Diseases should ideally be treated from within and preventatively, if possible. Throughout the years I've had amazing results with homeopathy. Used homeopathic remedies the past year to prevent getting sick. Worked like a charm.
A bit more info... It's an amino acid that helps decrease the amount of arginine in your system (you get arginine from nuts, which are a known trigger for cold sores). L-lysine is found in meat and eggs, mostly. From what I've found in my research, the amount of l-lysine in our food has decreased over the years.

Occam's razor.
Oh, I agree! It’s all complete bullshit!
And nerve damage along whatever line of nerves where the rash occurs, as I recall from when I had shingles years ago. That's why it's so painful.

Avoiding any vaccine it's also a great start.
Absolutely!
Thanks for posting,I picked up a couple my mother had shingles after the vax.
Treat it from the inside as well with L-Lysine. Taking 1000-2000 mg a day will keep cold sores at bay, and will also help against shingles. Interestingly, it has also shown some promise in fighting the imaginary COVID crap (https://wholefoodsmagazine.com/columns/vitamin-connection/lysine-reported-to-halt-coronaviruses-an-interviw-with-bill-sardi/). Some brands are better than others--make sure it's from a trusted company (I switch between Blue Bonnet and Pure Encapsulations.
