It's both. There are powers behind Trump and "the Plan" that no one man can really comprehend. He is protected and the outcome is secure. It's just the playout that we don't know yet. But, "The Plan is us" IS true because the ultimate goal of all of this is the human species reaching a higher level of consciousness.
