I was in my local Super Walmart and passed by a young mom putting the last six cans of Blue Label (Similac) Baby Formula in her cart! The shelves there were pretty bare!

I think you can get by with cow's milk though, right? It might cause some issues but your baby won't die.
The old time evap. milk recipe is tried and true for decades. All 3 of us 60+ siblings were raised on it.
It caused anemia in my child. I would not listen to these people who say it is fine. My daughter suffers as a result of drinking cows milk instead of formula with iron. I think children a generation or two ago ate more red meat and generally and came from healthier stock. Low iron in mom produces low iron in an infant and if that is followed up with cows milk, that's a disaster waiting to happen. Cows milk has too much calcium for an infant's stomach and can create micro-lesions. On and on...its a bad idea, ask any pediatrician.
Ask same pediatrician's vaxxing those 6 months to 5 years?

My husband was raised on cow's milk only. That's what is mother told me anyway. He is fine.

In our circles it’s actually opposite the liberal moms breastfeed and the conservative moms are bottle feeding 3-4 on each side

Also, I love the Lord and my nipples shred when breast feeding. I've done it five times and I get an infection every time.

Was at Costco and some rat of a man asked, with glee, how we were managing with the formula crisis and my husband said, "we saw this coming a long time ago and stocked up, so we're good to go" and the guy literally physically frowned and turned and scurried away. It was so fucking weird. We've been talking about it all night...like what the fuck was his reaction about? Were we speaking another language? It was bizarre.
There was a time when "baby formula" was called "breast milk." Raw cows milk, or goats milk are reasonable substitutes in a "pinch."
Only for a short time. Raw cow milk gave my daughter anemia over the course of about six months - from 6 to 12 months old.
Babies can eat food long before 12 months old... Crushed kidney beans for example would be a great source of iron.

Why do you believe what you believe? Who told you it was Truth? You seem to be completely certain that your beliefs are absolutely true, despite evidence to the contrary. I can find more if you are interested. I can find all sorts of science papers that suggest your beliefs are not supported by the evidence.
On a quick look, I can find no evidential support for your beliefs. If you have some evidence, provide it. Let's discuss it and debate it instead of running around telling each other what is "true," and that each other are idiots for not seeing the "obvious truth." That is not the path to the Truth.
