What's sad is how many here will still defend "muh capitalism" despite how painfully obviously rigged our system is... Now of course some of you might respond with something about this being an example of communism and while you're not totally wrong, if you aren't providing a solution, you're just another shill making noise.
Capitalism just leads to more tyranny if there are no regulations as the "free market" ceases to be free once one person or business buys out all the competition. Well thankfully we have antitrust laws, a proven socialist concept to counter some of the corporate corruption. But as we can see, it's not enough. While I do agree with abolishing the income tax, abolishing regulations altogether is foolishness. I mean, even Trump proved that some government intervention can be a good thing when he forced the lowering of prescription drug prices.
If we aren't willing to come together with our fellow Americans to figure out a system that's fair for everyone, then the plan is pointless. If you are STILL bullheaded about "muh Capitalism" despite the obvious corruption and rigging, then you haven't been paying attention.
The answer isn't capitalism. Nor is it socialism or communism, but rather the good ideas of those systems, the proven ideas in US law and even some in the European system- I mean for fucks sake "all men are created equal" is in our founding documents and we've allowed for a system to exist that does the opposite. No more.
The problem isn't Capitlism and free markets. It is man's propensity for evil, especially when they are unconstrained by morality (specifically, Biblical morality). Our Founding Fathers warned us of this very thing.
