Oofff I know what you mean. Id say the obvious of diet and working out, but if that’s not something you’re used to, it would be difficult to maintain consistently.
A temporary solution, Try a new activity. Maybe something you’ve never done before but always wanted to.
Another suggestion is, change up your daily habits/routines. Omit dopamine activities. Trying Focusing on the now
