We have to come up with another term that does not associate what appears to be a Biden move is actually NOT a decision made by Biden, but most likely by other like Obama and team.

IOW - we have to stop saying Biden did this, or chose this, or did that. Biden is not making the decisions.

When we contribute actions to Biden, we are guilty of their manipulation.
