I beat shingles in 2.5 weeks by taking 3 or 4 vitamin c and 2 zinc halfway between each meal. I used a mixture of antibiotic cream and generic Benadryl cream on the pox and covered them with cheap bandaids from dollar General. Buck a box. Benadryl to sleep.

I’m not a doctor. Not medical advice. Just my experience.
