Twice actually , once with an Uber driver ( who's account was deleted the next day ) she was in LA ( we live in San Diego ) she said that she knew something was a little weird by the way he was acting but she's always got the radar out so she was thinking maybe she was paranoid, long story short, he did not go the way she was supposed to be going and she kept trying to talk to him and he wouldn't answer her just kept driving , he pulled into a long driveway where there was obviously a mansion behind the gaurd tower she knew what was going on jumped out and started screaming and ran back to the street calling 911 and me , She kept running kept screaming other cars on street stopped , she eventually called a Lyft , keeping me on the phone the whole time while going back to her hotel, the police never did anything, we tried to follow up several times, obviously he was going to bring her to that house and God knows what! Another time she was in Argentina with family , her and her cousin had to jump out of the taxi While it was at a light and somewhat rolling when they realized they were being driven some where thst wasn't where they asked , again the friggin driver ignored them when they kept saying where are u going ( in the language) the dude kept driving ignoring them , one side of the cab was locked her cousin barely made it out my daughters side as the car sped away leaving cousin injuries but safe ,, fkn crazy !!! In Argentina there is no police protection, not that there's much here , all 4 cousin were kidnapped at gun point at different times , two on the way to high school They got away the other two money was paid , 250 each ,,, it's never a lot or in a lot of cases thst I'm aware of , it's not , 100 bucks 500 bucks , pretty common , or it was it's getting better! Actually they moved out of Buenos Aires that's why it's better !
