Each state should enact laws eliminating diversity hiring. Hiring should be based solely on qualifications eliminating sexual orientation, race and gender. Same with universities and admission of students. Ban gender studies, CRT, racial diversity studies as a requirement to graduate, but may be offered as an elective. Ban ANY governmental funding permanently for any college or university who forbids speech from liberals or conservatives. The Constitution provides freedom of speech and that includes to all employees. Universities must make clear that obstruction of free speech, rioting or threats of bodily harm will be met with mandatory expulsion. The only other alternative is that these universities will be totally self funded via tuition and alumni donations. No outside countries will be permitted to directly or indirectly fund universities through research or grants of any kind.
