I also get a lot of my stuff at the vitamin shoppe. Not sure about the brand/company itself, but the guy that works in my local store is totally based. Without saying I was folllowing a “protocol”, I went in to get some stuff from that list and at checkout he mentioned that there’s a “protocol” out there that’s great to follow. I said I know about that protocol 😉. I’ve been in a few times to get colloidal silver and serrapeptase and he always knows the dosing etc.
