It’s not a conspiracy. It’s just wrong.

It is a skewed interpretation of the promising research on exosomes.

You should read more about exosomes. Techniques to isolate them from viruses are evolving.

They are information carriers. They can produce healthy cellular responses too, as has been demonstrated by exercise.

How does believing “viruses aren’t real” prevent transmissible illness?
