NYPD officers were pretty heavy handed enforcing the vax mandate on the public.

Yeah they kicked at least one family out of a restaurant for not having a vax pass. FUCK THE NYPD.

They were. But consider the cops in Paris and Melbourne and in dozens of other places.

This isn't a vindication of police enforcement actions. It is a vindication of individual officers resisting the mandates. Two separate things.
