If that happened, the lawsuits about the vote switching had to be more about distracting them from the drop boxes and mules than actually dealing with the machine problem. Would have been a nice wave of the left hand while the right hand is collecting the mule data. That isn't saying that the lawsuits were without merit. Just that they weren't intended to succeed because of the known corruption in the judicial system.
