Someone hung the Ukrainian flags upside down. Should be blue over gold. I don’t know the significance of the maritime flags accompanying the picture and article.

I think anon is saying that it looks to be sideways and in maritime display it would mean they want to communicate. If that’s not it then I’m lost also.
