this guy's youtube channel talked about it in 2019: Voyager 2 Discovers Wall of Fire at Solar System's Edge

Anton talked about the plasma wall, temperature increase, magnetic fields, and differences in measurements from V1 v V2.

Clif makes it seem like the report was hiding information, but it was out nearly 3 years ago.
