Each red/green stick is called a candle and shows how the price changed on the day.

The top point is the highest price the stock sold for and the bottom point is the cheapest.

This is likely GME, Gamestop that has been trading erratically for over a year.

The post is for the prices this time last year, and the OP is indicating it should do the same this year.
