Just make it a law, that every planned "mass casualty drill" (fire drill, tornado drill, active shooter drill, etc) must be published in the local newspaper, between 30 and 40 days before the drill, and then again between 10 and 20 days before the drill.
That way, average people who don't really know what's going on, don't accidentally believe these are mass casualty incidents are real.
When i try to explain to normies (they are probably just sea lion'ing shills), that these shootings are merely pre-planned mass casualty drills, they pretend to be well aware of the fact that these drills happen every day somewhere in america, but they also pretend that they just can't believe that they would ever put the drill on the TV news as if it was real.
Did you know that the Boston Marathon Bombing had an "after-action report", where they pretty much admit it was just another drill?

Law enforcement drills shouldnt be done during the school year anyway. Literally 2.5 mos to train all you want in empty schools. Teachers and admin wont do anything during a shooting anyway besides lock the door.
