Are we celebrating Juneteenth this year?

It was bigger than Christmas in 2020. Then no one cared in 2021. Does Juneteenth only occur in election years?

There’s no such thing as Juneteenth. It’s a made up construct.

There is however June 13, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th.
