I'm talking about those that had it super early and have had it for more than a year now.

I don’t know about that, but my SIL just got out of the hospital after 125 days with Covid pneumonia.
Really? I've never heard of anyone being in a hospital for that long.
Was she on a vent? Sounds awful for her and the family.
My Mom had COVID pneumonia and was there for 5 days and released. She is fine now and she's in her eighties.
There must have been other complications with your SIL.
They did not vent her. Even in her delirium, she fought against anything that she thought was a vent. Her husband went into the hospital 2 days after she did, but only stayed a few days.
She’s a patriot and was on the Zekensky protocol. She either waited way too long with the pneumonia or they both picked up a nasty strain.
She’s still getting therapy at home for walking and balance, and we don’t know if she’ll ever be off oxygen.
Oh, so sorry to hear this and all she's gone through.
May she continue to improve daily and get back her health.
So sad to hear how much people have suffered the last two years.
