Any time that the police are slow to respond is also suspicious, like the Pulse Night Club shooting where they not only had prior warning about the nut but just hung around outside like it was going to be a hostage negotiation. What was the result? A lot of dead bodies and the gay community started arming up.

Pulse was the dumbest hoax ever. All you need to see is patrons carrying "injured" patrons back towards the club instead of the hospital a block in the other direction. And some "police" actors dumping "injured" into nondescript pickup truck. Another shattered her femur but could walk to meet Obama the next day. All of the seriously"injured" healed in a few days.
