The easy answer is to do away with welfare. Don't force anyone to subsidize anyone else's bad decisions or poor circumstances.

Whether my taxes go to funding abortions or funding the lives of people making poor decisions, it is wrong. You can't force poverty away through socialism, you can only preach the Truth and hope that people eliminate it willingly.
