I searched for this, found the usual fact checkers debunking it, but they may be right this time. This story looks to be started by a fake twitter account @NBCNewsAU , the account has 7 following and 2 followers, can't be real.

I am not 100% this account started this story, but if it did it is fake and we shouldn't be sharing it.

Oh and the account was created in May 2022
