Try and get liposomal vitamin C, because that is the form of vitamin C that can easily go in the cells. Regular vitamin C, i.e. ascorbic acid, or any chelated form of vitamin C only raise the vitamin C level in the blood (which is good in itself but not optimal for the purpose desired in this case). Zinc picolinate is considered to be the most absorbable form of zinc supplement.
