He would have been illegal under Trump, but there is no more "illegal" status under Biden unless you commit a crime as a legal resident or temp legal resident, which the shooter had just done by shooting his grandma in the head, so he panicked to flee arrest and committed suicide-by-cop after slaughtering defenseless civilians.
He appears to be trans but his social media was taken down so fast that people used other photos by mistake of other trans.
No one knows how in a town where the average median income is $26K per census data he bought a total of an estimated $10K worth of guns and gear (including body armor) when there are wait lists in most places for all of it - ammo, sights, guns, armor, etc.
A wait list for armor? In TX? I did NOT know that.
