I've seen many posts about the TX shooter but lots of counter claims of HOAX etc.

Is he a trans or not?

Is he an.illegal or not?

How did he get those pricey weapons?

What has been proven and what is myth?

Depends on the manufacturer, last I checked spartan plates were shipping in 2-3 weeks.
