This looks fake. https://www.swtjc.edu/documents/technical_programs/SWTJC-LEA-Registration-Form-2018.pdf is a registration but could be for anything. There's no post that looks like this. Was it archived?

Look at the date, it was for Mar 21, 2022. The form was made in 2018, this kind of thing is what happens every day. A template is created for a certain format and structure, then you fill in the dates and events as needed w/o having to create the whole thing new over and over.
