If what happened at that school in Florida isn’t an argument for an armed citizenry I don’t know what is
OP meant TEXAS
The police did nothing other than to stop frantic parents from saving their own children. Assuming the whole thing isn’t fake but I still have a hard time with that.
Texas
Sorry you are correct. I don't know why I said Florida.
Better not be foreshadowing.
Probably thinking about something going on there also. It can get hard to keep it all straight when there’s some kind of bullshit going on in a hundred different places
What the hell happened in Florida?
I was out at the time and we were talking about friends who just moved to Florida - brain fart. It was Texas.
This made me think, the simple fact that civilians aren't allowed to go into buildings to try and rescue other human beings (no matter what the emergency), must surely, psychologically impact us to believe that we are perhaps more incapable of performing heroic actions because 'the police have to take care of that'. Is this just another rule we've been spun for decades to try to separate humanity and their sense of helping the community? There would be no one more motivated to save their child than a parent who wants to.
The flare options are getting getting very specific these days.
Maybe the police doing nothing is a sign it was fake. Maybe
OP isn't wrong, didn't the cops stand outside that shooting in FL a couple years ago...Parkdale?
The parents should have distracted them with a box of donuts. Then they could have helped their own children.
