Wouldn't it be interesting to see who comes out of the woodwork if an ad or two were placed for "crisis actors" needed for film shoot? Send resume and both head and shoulder photos and as victims. I'm guessing we'd find a few more matches to supposedly "actual" events.
Perhaps. (That was one recruitment technique used during "the summer of love" in 2020.) But it's likely those directing and producing these operations have their own special groups of trained motivated, indoctrinated or activated cast and crew at the ready anytime they're needed.
