I've been thinking about this as well, I'm not sure what the shooter drills teach adults to do about broadcasting their situation on socials but it strikes me that nobody did that. Of course as you said young children just don't have these devices but there should be mountains of digital evidence on the adults phones, calls, texts, photos, videos, posts.
