Wasn't it just reported he was arrested in 18 for plotting the shooting at said high school in 22

Last I read the supposition was that at age 14, he and a 13 yo plotted to shoot up a school in 2022. The plot was real. I do not know if they discovered the names of the plotters.

This was why the AI program was instituted after 2018 plot. Obviously the program did not catch the shooters posts, nor were security rules instituted for the school district followed. Why? Those questions need to be addressed.
