Yea, a Republic with REPRESENTATIVE Democracy hasn't worked out. We need a lot less governing, and the political folks need one vote just like the rest of us. Probably about 5% of what we have as a government, and 5% of the laws. power back in the hands of state, county, and city, and they also can be scaled back.
