A squirrel has a brain the size of a small M&M and yet they provide for their future. Able-bodied people need to work, and even disabled should be able to fit into being productive.

A few decades ago, there was a Walmart greeter, who had all four limbs disabled and a tracheotomy, yet she seemed to enjoy herself as it was a chance to mingle with other people.

Back in the 90's I went to both a courthouse cafeteria and a Walmart cafeteria that were operated by a blind person. The courthouse cafeteria was owned by the blind person, but they had a sited person helper. The Walmart blind person ran the snack bar completely alone.
