No, but we know this image was put out there to discredit the rest of us. Anyone smart enough would have made an archive copy and linked it. There is no archive link. Wikileaks is also empty regarding that phrase. There's only a questionable photo and it's probably a photo without the url because someone modded the content in their browser (it's easy to do) and took a picture of it
