Kash is obviously in the know about what happened much more so than any of us. He’s been in the weeds of this for a lot longer and with much more information than we could ever have. But…..

I’d be gravely concerned that the SC’s office is compromised if this guy knows exactly what they are up to in there right now. And going on tv/podcasts to discuss it. Likewise, how could he know what a jury is going to do as if he has a crystal ball?

Kash Patel was apart of Trump’s Administration. He broke the news to the MSM that the Russia Hoax was just that, a hoax. With the help of Devin Nunes and others as well

I am aware of that. He has way more knowledge on the subject than anyone else. But he is not a part of the special counsel's office that I am aware. So how would he know what they are doing and how would he predict jury verdicts?
