Probably for grandmother pede. He texted that he shot his grandmother and the screenshots say that he said that at 18:21 (6:21).

But what we are forgetting is that the messages were sent to someone in Germany. Germany is 7 hours ahead of Texas time. 11am in CDT is 6pm in Germany
