the evidence is NOT overwhelming... ludicrous

he said / she said extreme P.O.S. Baker's lying testimony against Sussman who was doing his job... that's what he was hired to do

IF Sussman gets off the hook, that means the real perpetrators (FBI) get off. Durham investigation could be over with a guilty verdict.

If Sussman is innocent, does that provide the bases to go after the FBI. One of them is guilty..

Either Sussman for tricking Baker or Baker for pretending he was tricked.
