This doesn't make any sense to me, Durham didn't rule out any jurors he knew were tied to the democratic/commie establishment. What verdict did he expect (not guilty)? Why even put on a trial if you believe the outcome is going to go against you? This was a dumb move and if it is part of the plan, it sure didn't work--according to me!
