For those that don't know, DWAC is a blank check company/SPAC created under the guise of TruthSocial, but I think it's part of the plan to buy Twitter along with #1 DoD contractor Elon Musk.

If other elements of the deal playing out in the media are to be clues, this could lead to a situation where this SPAC is the vehicle by which TWTR could remain a public entity (and that's a 20-30x).

Now today, Pocahontas was making war against SPACs. Why now?

This wasn't done just for it to go to zero, and it's down now around it's inception price. So...
