I dont for a moment doubt that he has the evidence he is referring to. However, he might not be privvy to the timeline for when its allowed to be released (The Plan). I would highly recommend ignoring these kind of "it will come soon" news and focus on whats has already come out. When the time is right it will be released and not a moment sooner.
