My guess is Sussman sold A LOT of people out. The judge and most of the jury were DNC donors and one of the jurors PERSONALLY KNEW SUSMANN! This lead to him getting off and that was part of the deal. In any other case prosecution would have never agreed to let these people on the jury in the first place. Durham knew.
