Sadly, they seem to have an infinite supply of children of any age from all around the world. Even if Ukraine is a huge supplier, they still have China, South America, and all missing kids from US and Europe. They don't seem to typically go for Africa, at least I've not seen much evidence of most of their supply coming from there. Not sure why. Africans maybe have less adrenaline? Maybe it's not of good enough quality? Sick to think about, but this is the kind of thing that the cabal constantly thinks about.
