Because there are a Lot of bad guys.

Arrests are happening probably not the ones you want but there are so many trafficking rings being busted up right now that it shows that they are definitely in control.

I guess if you want to see Q going after some big dogs read their early posts where the rothschilds were posting on 8 kun nand Q was answering them back

I don't know the particular post numbers I'm sure some other Anon can fill in on that

It took Giuliani YEARS of study, infiltration, and nurturing higher ups to testify before he started the arrests to take down New York crime families. Our corrupt government is much bigger and has more to put in place before arrests can occur. They don't want the big fish to get away by sacrificing little fish.
