Early treatment, using effective therapeutics prevents blood clots and inhibits the inflammatory process meaning no or greatly reduced tissue damage and no cytokine storm, so your own immune system doesn't kill you. There has never been, and there still is not, any reasonable explanation for not treating people at the very first sign of disease. Early treatment has always been the way to go with any disease. Every single one of these unnecessary deaths was a deliberate act.
