When? And how many more of us will be destroyed (emotionally, physically, and/or financially) before that time arrives?
I believe "all the way back"implies a restoration on a personal level of some type as well.
The emotional/physical aspect is a casualty of war, but perhaps there's healing promised in those areas too.
