It wasn’t the inauguration. It was another speech a week or so later.

Correct. Just want to make sure the facts are accurate. Bidot was giving a briefing from the WH (not sure if real or fake stage), and on the live stream official WH youtube channel audio cut into his speech for about 20 seconds and the “plea deal” comment could be heard. They pulled the video down shortly after. Luckily the internet never forgets.

And it wasn't Hunter Biden. It was a lawyer discussing how he accepted a plea deal from a person in a court case.
