Imagine a whole party of RINOs. The history of the party is it was born from the merger of the Progressive Party and the Conservative Party. PC. A RINO is a Republican in Name Only, but a PC's name lays out all there. I guess it would be more accurate to say a RINO is a progressive conservative.
