Comms

Pigs = Cops (The ones who shove their nose in other peoples "business")

Bug = Surveillance device.

Tick = Blood-sucking bug AKA bug that drains your accounts of assets.

Livestock = Useless eaters.

Meat = Food from animals AKA slaughtering your "employees" to make a quick buck.

All together now.

Crooked cops can help you bypass a sudden spread of asset-blocking surveillance devices which are specifically prohibiting you from paying into your "extra-curricular activities" network.

That's what I got from it anyways.
