The union of male and female is so fundamental, so spiritual, so eternal, so universally human, and expressed so constantly and completely as the end and flow of tides, seasons, heat and cold, dryness and wetness, leading and following, dominance and submission, expansion and contraction, reason and intuition, unification, yin and yang... Men and women, male and female aspects, Animus and anima, one flesh.

It is an expression so profound, so pervasive, that words can not give grace to its omnipresence and unlimited methods of expression. Homosexual unions? None of it. Man and woman don't simply satisfy sexual urges, or even stop at the creation of life; we are outright incomplete beings without the complimentary sex.
