I read the two articles that you linked. They want to continue to use up all of the EUA jabs they've manufactured before manufacturing anything else. Plus there is no liability under a jab given under the Emergency Use Authorization.
If it is proven the trials were fraudulent (which they were), that would then remove the legal immunity shield Pfizer has. I doubt though that would happen though as our court system is corrupt to the core.

Except the jab under EUA, was and is not the one the FDA approved, so it is fraudulent.
