I beg to differ: The Ring of Power clearly (check the name!) and unambiguously symbolizes coercive Power Over Others in whatever form; Central banking is only one particularly nasty form.
Power in the form of "running a country" as King or President or whatever is another example, central banking or not. Power is incredibly addictive, can never be used for long-term good (because coercion IS A CRIME), corrupts those who obtain it or even seek it, and especially attracts psychopathic personalities.
Central banking is an evil of vast proportions -- no argument there -- but the evil of Power itself (of a nexus of initiated coercion, wielded by one group against others) is visible throughout history, including in smaller versions such as drug cartels or even local criminal gangs.

I hope I live to see this group of evil, degenerate assholes lose all their power and be deservedly punished for the world to see.
